Martin Recruitment Solutions is a small family owned Christian based recruitment company which specializes in direct hire placements for a variety of clients. My brother Jeff and I started Martin Recruitment Solutions in the Spring of 2010 and have been blessed to grow each year. We have little overhead so our rates are very competitive (15% of base compensation per hire - with 10% of every recruitment fee going back to a charity of clients choice in THEIR companies name).
